It all began in the 60s, when my mother's family took over the Osteria del Castello di San Martino in Minerbio...or maybe it all started much earlier. My grandmother Giorgina was already famous for her ragù and for the very long pasta sheets she could roll out using two rolling pins together; my grandfather Ivano was the local butcher and as a boy was called to the homes of farmers because he was good at "processing" pigs. In this world, now so far away in time, between tagliatelle and cotechino sausages, barbecues and uproarious crowds in the tavern, I was born. And of course, I was infected by the joy and goodness that surrounded me. Who am I? I am Moris Libanori, and in 2004, together with my family, I opened Sorsimorsi, a country house that has become a restaurant, where some dishes still have the taste of the tavern where I was born.
